How to Request Deletion

1. 1. Send an email from your registered account email address to support@bhakthilokam.com.
2. 2. Use the subject line "Delete BhakthiLokam Account" and include your registered email address.
3. 3. We may reply to confirm ownership before processing the request.

Data Deleted

• Your BhakthiLokam account profile and authentication-linked personal details.
• Saved preferences, favorites, playlists, and other account-specific devotional activity stored by BhakthiLokam.
• Support messages directly tied to the deletion request, when no longer needed for processing.

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until routine backup rotation completes.

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after account ownership is confirmed.
